Put Your Agricultural Innovation on Display at EIMA International 2026
Since 1969, Bologna has been the world’s meeting center for agricultural machinery and in 2026 the tradition continues with the 47th edition of EIMA International, scheduled from 10 to 14 November. EIMA Bologna Italy is one of the biggest agricultural fairs anywhere, with over 1,800 exhibitors from over 50 countries and projected attendance of 346,800+ trade visitors. Some 60,000 machinery models will be on show across over 120,000 square meters of exhibition space. This isn’t a show you walk in an afternoon, it’s five days built entirely around the business of farm mechanisation.
If your brand serves agricultural machinery, components, or farming technology, EIMA 2026 is where manufacturers, dealers, and end-users from across the globe gather specifically to source next season’s equipment. Exhibit Elevate designs, builds, and installs exhibition stands for brands exhibiting at EIMA International.

What Is EIMA International About?
EIMA worldwide is the worldwide exhibition of agricultural mechanics. It was founded in 1969 by FederUnacoma, the Italian Federation of Agricultural Machinery Manufacturers and is organized in collaboration with BolognaFiere. The exhibition is held in fourteen product sectors including tractors and combine harvesters, soil cultivation, irrigation and green space management equipment, with dedicated salons EIMA Green, EIMA Components, EIMA Energy and EIMA Digital.
What sets EIMA apart from a general industrial trade fair is how deliberately it’s structured around buyer seriousness. The first two days of the show are reserved specifically for professional business visitors, before opening to the wider public of enthusiasts later in the run, ensuring exhibitors get dedicated, uninterrupted time with genuine trade buyers before the halls fill with a broader crowd.
What Gets Exhibited at EIMA International?
The show floor spans the complete agricultural machinery value chain across fourteen product sectors and several specialised shows.
- Tractors & Farm Machinery: Tractors, combine harvesters, and core mechanised equipment, the foundational category that’s anchored EIMA since its first edition.
- Soil Cultivation & Irrigation: Tools for cultivation and technology for irrigation, with help from the EIMA Idrotech specialised show.
- Green Space Maintenance: Tools and machines used to take care of parks, gardens, and public green spaces.
- Components & Energy Technology: The EIMA Component and EIMA Energy shows focus on agricultural parts and energy solutions.
- Digital & Precision Farming: EIMA Digital showed data-driven farming tools and precise agriculture technologies. This was one of the fastest-growing specialised areas at the show.
Beyond the core product sectors, EIMA 2026 also runs EIMA Campus, a dedicated space connecting professionals and students, and EIMA Desk, focused on training and safety, both reflecting the show’s growing emphasis on knowledge-sharing alongside equipment sales.
Exhibitors at EIMA will not only be targeting one specific segment, but will be addressing the whole value chain of agricultural mechanization, and therefore will often meet buyers from a variety of categories: a components manufacturer will catch the attention of a machinery dealer, an irrigation specialist will meet a large-scale farm operator, and so on. A well-positioned stand gets exposure across the full breadth of agricultural decision-makers on the floor.
